Registration Timeline
What happens next
The 2026 program costs $2,500 per person, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at registration, and the remaining balance is due 90 days before travel. The process is simple: select your camp week, complete the form, and pay the deposit.

This includes accommodations, meals, transportation on the island, baseball training, games, cultural activities, and community service projects.

Travel and safety basics
Passport
A valid U.S. passport is required, and no visa is needed for stays under 30 days.
Supervision
Players use a buddy system, staffing is maintained at a 5-to-1 player-to-staff ratio, and there is a night curfew.
Medical support
A Red Cross first-aid-certified staff member is present during games, and the hotel has a nurse on staff.
Food and water
Most meals are included, but participants should drink bottled water only, including for brushing teeth.

Do we need to speak Spanish?
No. Bilingual coaches, staff, and chaperones support the experience, even though many local people and teams will speak Spanish.

Bring baseball gear, casual clothing, swimwear, toiletries, passport, spending money, sunscreen, a water bottle, and any optional donated equipment.
