The 2026 program costs $2,500 per person, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at registration, and the remaining balance is due 90 days before travel. The process is simple: select your camp week, complete the form, and pay the deposit.

Travel and safety basics

Passport

A valid U.S. passport is required, and no visa is needed for stays under 30 days.

Supervision

Players use a buddy system, staffing is maintained at a 5-to-1 player-to-staff ratio, and there is a night curfew.

Medical support

A Red Cross first-aid-certified staff member is present during games, and the hotel has a nurse on staff.

Food and water

Most meals are included, but participants should drink bottled water only, including for brushing teeth.
